These terms and conditions apply to all services of 771Labs.

Services

771Labs provides web development and consultancy services. The specific scope and conditions are determined per project in a quote.

Pricing and payment

All prices are communicated upfront in a quote. Payment is made according to the conditions stated in the quote, usually 50% at start and 50% at delivery.

Delivery

Delivery times are agreed per project. 771Labs strives to meet these, but cannot be held liable for delays due to external factors.

Intellectual property

After full payment, all rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. 771Labs retains the right to show the work in portfolio.

Liability

771Labs is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project.

Changes

771Labs reserves the right to change these conditions. Changes do not apply to ongoing projects.
